Sign in instructions
Moje firma is the online self-care portal for business customers of T-Mobile Czech Republic.
You can access it using one of these options:- One-time sign in
- Username and password
- Automatic sign in
Are you signing in for the first time?
To sign in for the first time, you need to use the One-time sign in option as your username and password have not yet been created. You can sign in using a phone number, a service number or with an automatically generated username, which we sent to some customers via SMS or email.
When you have signed in, you are encouraged to set up your regular username and password.
Options
One-time sign in
This sign-in method is necessary for the first-time signing in to the Moje firma portal, however, you are free to use it repeatedly.
I have a company phone with a voice plan
This is the most frequent and easiest sign-in option. Just enter your phone number into the Phone or service number, text field and click Send password. Then, we will send you an SMS message with a one-time password. Enter the password in the text field provided in the next step, and click Sign in.
I do not have a company phone with a voice plan
Sign-in using service number
If you manage a service other than a voice plan, e.g. internet or TV, enter your service number into the Phone or service number field, e.g. TV123456, and click Send password. Then, we will send you a one-time password either via SMS or email, depending on the contact method which you indicated earlier. Enter the password in the text field provided in the next step, and click Sign in.
Automatically generated username
If you do not have any T-Mobile service which could be used for signing you in, we will send you an automatically generated username. Depending on the contact method you selected earlier, it will be delivered either via SMS or email.
Enter the automatically generated username in the Phone or service number field (One-time sign in) and click the Send password button. Then, we will send you a one-time password. Enter the password in the field provided in next step, and click Sign in.
Username and password
This is the fastest and safest way of signing in to Moje firma. If you plan to use the self-care portal often, we highly recommend it.
You can set up and update your username and password in the Osobní nastavení (Personal settings). section of the T-Mobile website. You can access this section after signing in from the menu located at the page header right next to your username.
Corporate customers with ZO or OM user roles can edit their username and password directly in the Osobní nastavení (Personal settings) section of the self-care portal.
Forgotten password
You can recover your password after clicking the Forgotten password/blocked account? link on the Moje firma sign in page.
Automatic sign in
If you access the self-care portal using a device equipped with a SIM card and connected to our network (including a mobile hotspot), we will sign you in automatically.
Automatic signing in is enabled by default for voice SIM cards, while it can be enabled manually for data SIM cards. Enabling/disabling the automatic sign is available in Moje firma: At a service detail page, click the button Nastavení služeb a blokací (Service and block settings). This will open the Nastavení služeb (Service settings) page. There, from the menu on the right, open the Moje smlouva (My contract) section, and select the Automatické přihlašování (Automatic sign in) item.
If there is a risk of automatic sign in being abused to access your T‑Mobile account by unknown/anonymous users connected to your internet network (e.g. if you operate a public internet connection or via a mobile hotspot), we recommend that you keep the automatic sign in disabled!
